General

  • By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Refund & Cancellation
    Policy.

Order Cancellation

– Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation without cancellation charges.
– Advance payments will be refunded after deducting applicable banking/transaction charges.
– Orders cancelled after dispatch will attract logistics charges (both ways).
– Customized, imported, or specially configured equipment cannot be cancelled once procurement
or manufacturing has begun.

Returns & Refunds

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
– Transit damage reported with valid evidence
– Inspection by authorized personnel
– Incorrect product supplied
Refund may be issued if replacement is not feasible.

Return Conditions
Returned equipment must:
– Be unused and in original condition
– Include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice
– Not be installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling
Products failing inspection will not qualify for refund.

Refund Processing

– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
– Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer only.

Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are non-refundable:
    – Consumables and disposable dental products
    – Opened sterile items
    – Software licenses and activated digital systems
    – Special import orders

Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects after installation will be handled under the standard warranty policy, not under the refund policy.

Force Majeure

  • Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (import restrictions, regulatory changes, logistics disruptions, natural calamities) shall not qualify for refund claims.

Policy Acceptance

  • Placing an order confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

  • Any dispute shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
