Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation without any cancellation charges.
  • Any advance payment made will be refunded after deducting applicable banking or transaction charges.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will attract. Logistics charges (both ways).
  • Orders for customized, imported, or specially configured equipment cannot be cancelled once procurement or manufacturing has begun.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
     Customers must report transit damage on receipt of product with following evidences –
    Delivery receipt details
    Photographs/videos

    • Equipment will be inspected by authorized service personnel.
    • Replacement owill be processed after verification.
    • If an incorrect product is supplied, replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
    • Refund may be issued if replacement is not feasible.

Return Conditions

  • Returned equipment must:

    • Be unused and in original condition
    • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices
    • Not be installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling

    Products failing inspection will not qualify for refund.

Installation & Acceptance

    • Equipment is deemed accepted upon successful installation and demonstration.
    • Post-installation returns are generally not permitted, except in verified manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

Non-Refundable Items

  • The following are non-refundable:

    • Consumables and disposable dental products
    • Opened sterile items
    • Software licenses and activated digital systems
    Special import orders

Warranty Claims

  • Manufacturing defects after installation will be handled under the standard warranty policy, not refund policy.

Force Majeure

  • Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond control (import restrictions, regulatory changes, logistics disruptions, natural calamities) shall not qualify for refund claims.

Policy Acceptance

  • Placing an order confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    Any dispute is subject of Delhi Jurisdiction.
