Shipping Policy
Order Processing
– Orders are processed after confirmation of payment.
– Customized, imported, or specially configured equipment will be processed as per procurement/manufacturing timelines.
Shipping & Delivery
– Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.
– Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Transit Damage
Customers must report transit damage immediately upon receipt of the product with:
– Delivery receipt details
– Clear photographs/videos
Equipment will be inspected by authorized service personnel before approval of replacement.
Incorrect Product
If an incorrect product is supplied, replacement will be arranged at no additional cost after
verification.
Logistics Charges
– Orders cancelled after dispatch will attract logistics charges (both sides).
– Delays due to import restrictions, regulatory changes, logistics disruptions, or natural calamities
will not qualify for refund claims.
Installation & Acceptance
Equipment is deemed accepted upon successful installation and demonstration. Post-installation returns are generally not permitted except for verified manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
Jurisdiction
All shipping-related disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
