Shipping Policy

Order Processing

– Orders are processed after confirmation of payment.

– Customized, imported, or specially configured equipment will be processed as per procurement/manufacturing timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

– Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.
– Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Transit Damage

  • Customers must report transit damage immediately upon receipt of the product with:
    – Delivery receipt details
    – Clear photographs/videos
    Equipment will be inspected by authorized service personnel before approval of replacement.

Incorrect Product

  • If an incorrect product is supplied, replacement will be arranged at no additional cost after
    verification.

Logistics Charges

  • – Orders cancelled after dispatch will attract logistics charges (both sides).
    – Delays due to import restrictions, regulatory changes, logistics disruptions, or natural calamities
    will not qualify for refund claims.

Installation & Acceptance

  • Equipment is deemed accepted upon successful installation and demonstration. Post-installation returns are generally not permitted except for verified manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

Jurisdiction

  • All shipping-related disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
