General

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Refund & Cancellation
Policy.

Order Cancellation

– Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation without cancellation charges.
– Advance payments will be refunded after deducting applicable banking/transaction charges.
– Orders cancelled after dispatch will attract logistics charges (both ways).
– Customized, imported, or specially configured equipment cannot be cancelled once procurement
or manufacturing has begun.

Returns & Refunds

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
– Transit damage reported with valid evidence
– Inspection by authorized personnel
– Incorrect product supplied
Refund may be issued if replacement is not feasible.

Return Conditions
Returned equipment must:
– Be unused and in original condition
– Include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice
– Not be installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling
Products failing inspection will not qualify for refund.

Refund Processing

– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
– Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer only.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
– Consumables and disposable dental products
– Opened sterile items
– Software licenses and activated digital systems
– Special import orders

Warranty

Manufacturing defects after installation will be handled under the standard warranty policy, not under the refund policy.

Force Majeure

Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (import restrictions, regulatory changes, logistics disruptions, natural calamities) shall not qualify for refund claims.

Policy Acceptance

Placing an order confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

Any dispute shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
